As someone who enjoyed visiting the many breweries, the activities in conjunction with the tour were fun and educational such as a boat tour of Bamberg along the beautiful river Regnitz, a hike in the canopy of a Franconian forest that included climbing a tree tower which once topped over looked a very beautiful and breathtaking Franconian countryside , and a visit to the lovely and historical Plassenburg Castle in Bavaria. In addition, many independent excursion to local shops and markets were made available to us in order to interact with a very friendly and welcoming local populace.

Catalonia was awesome with ICBT. It was not my first beer tour or vacation, and this trip easily was the best. Joel and Anna were amazing tour guides. They made the tour definitely feel like an insider's journey to a curated list of places, meeting people that make it all possible, and experiences that I don't think could be duplicated. The contacts with brewers, winemakers, and others, blended with local history stitched together an amazing experience. I plan on touring more with Inner Circle Beer Tours as I really felt like I was touring like an insider.

Inner Circle is spot on for the name of this group. Based on their past and current experience in the industry Joel, B.R. and Bob got us very intimate, behind the typical scenes tours and tastings during the May 2022 Belgium-France journey. Joel, BR and Bob have known these brewers for years and that created very personal, relaxed visits at each stop. It made us feel like we were visiting family abroad. Family that just happen to be creators of some of the freshest, tastiest farm to glass beer in the world. Hotel accommodations were wonderful and conveniently located in each of three cities. I highly recommend this tour opportunity to any really serious beer enthusiast.

My husband and I can't thank Joel and the ICBT team enough for such a fun and great experience touring France and Belgium. The opportunity to meet and get to know such amazing breweries and people throughout the tour was unforgettable. The team's close relationships and knowledge with each location we visited during the tour truly made the trip feel so special. We can't wait to join the other tours that they provide!

Joel and his team curate a unique experience. His personal relationship with the owners and brewers makes this feel truly ‘inner circle’. We had a great time and look forward to our next Inner Circle trip.

The Franconia 2022 tour exceeded my very ambitious expectations. We enjoyed intimate private encounters in breweries and bier kellers with brewers and patrons that were shocked people from the US were visiting their tiny village to drink their beer. Thank you to Joel and Ana for this one of a kind experience!

Highly recommended! The Belgian & France tour was a blast, great food and tastings, super well organized and met loads of new friends on the trip. The many beer tours to the breweries like De Ranke, de Struise, Drie Fonteinen, Cantillon and all the others were almost an insiders only experience, as all were great friends with Joel and his team. A must try for beer lovers of any age.

Deb and I got to visit a number of breweries that were on our to-do list and they did not disappoint. There were also a number of places we had previously visited on our own and revisiting was well worthwhile due to being with Joel, Bob & BR and our new tour friends. Transportation around the country side was also a big plus, with a great coach driver.

We took the Franconia tour this summer. Joel and ICBT created a wonderful experience for all of us. The way we were treated at each brewery demonstrated the high regard each Brew Master had for Joel and his team. Every day brought a new, and more pleasant experience with an opportunity to sample great food and drink while interacting with locals in the community. Visiting the keller, the beer tasting at Weissenohe and the two beer festivals are memories to last a lifetime. Not understanding the language was not a problem with the interpreter the ICBT group provided. Ana was amazing and kept up with all of our needs. We can't wait for the next tour, or revisit Franconia!

This was one of the greatest trips for me with my sons and all my new friends. Joel made the trip easy with a great balance of education and fun. I highly recommend these tours and will do it again. Thank you Joel!

Joel and the team at ICBT went above and beyond to provide a unique and unforgettable tour. We went on the Belgium/France tour and cant imagine a better way to not only visit the well known breweries but also the smaller ones that wouldnt be part of the average trip. The special relationships they have with these brewers meant we were treated like family. The accommodations and meals were all as decribed or in most cases even better! We cant wait to plan another trip with ICBT!
